I am selling an Epiphone Les Paul, early 1990's. I am the second owner, and while it's been gigged with a few times has basically resided in my pet and smoke free studio. I've upgraded the guitar with a Seymour Duncan JB pickup set (SH2 and SH4).
This is a somewhat rare guitar in the sense that it has a birds eye - not flamed or curly - carved maple top. Do a search and you won't find too many of these out in circulation. It definitely give the axe a dinstinctive look.
The guitar plays and sounds great! Some things to note...the previous owner swapped out the original tulip tuners for Grovers, and didn't quite do a good job as the original screw holes are still visible. There is also some cracking in the veneer on the back of the headstock. Nothing structural or anything that would affect the playability or sturdiness of the instrument. I have additional pics to send to anyone interested.
Also included is an TSA-approved SKB hardshell case with keys, worth over $100 alone.
Asking $500, cash only. Pickup in West Allis. No trades or lowballs offers. Read Less
